Sunday mornings are perfect for a few things: late morning wake ups, fresh brewed coffee, lounging in PJs and, in my house, cinnamon.
This morning, I cooked up Joy the Baker’s famous (I’d say) Cinnamon Sugar Pull-Apart Bread. You can read through the whole recipe there so I won’t go into too much detail about the method. The only thing I did differently was make the dough a day ahead and let it rest in the refrigerator.
Bottom line: you’ve got to make this. It’s sweet, soft, buttery and comforting. It’s fun to eat and goes well with your favorite morning drink. It’s indulgent, but easy. It’s a new favorite.
